청담동에 괜찮은 디저트류 카페를 발견했습니다. 일반적인 카페라기 보다는 치즈전문 브런치카페가 정확하겠네요.
요즘 SNS에서 핫플레이스로 유명한데, 전참시에서 이영자가 소개한 맛집으로 더욱 핫해졌다고 하더라구요.
방문한지는 몇달 되었는데 다시 가보고싶을 만큼 퀄리티가 좋고, 사람도 많아서 예약을 받지 않는 곳이랍니다..
저희는 거의 문닫고 들어가다 시피해서 2시에서 2시반까지 빠르게 먹고 나왔네요.
위치는 바로 이곳인데요. 근처에 역이 좀 멀리있는 편이라서 교통은 살짝 불편할 수 있겠네요.
주차장은 따로 마련되어 있지 않습니다.ㅠㅠ
예약은 따로 불가능하고 방문하고 줄서서 기다려야만 먹을 수 있는 곳이지마 포장은 예약이 된다고 하니 참고하세요~!
처음 들어가면 자리가 정말 많이 부족하다는 걸 느낄 수 있어요.
그런데도 사람들은 밖에서 엄청 기다리거나 포장을 많이하는 것을 볼 수 있었어요. 그만큼 슬로우치즈의 인기가 대단하다는 거겠죠?
좌석은 바의 개인좌석 5개에 벽쪽 2인석 3자리로 구성되어 있습니다.
저희가 11시쯤가서 예약을 하고 2시쯤 끝날 때쯤 자리에 앉았으니 12시에 가서 예약을 한다고 해도, 당일에 먹을 수 있을지는 장담할 수 없습니다.

메뉴가 정말 간단해요.
벽에 간단하게 글자만 써있는 형태로 메뉴가 보이는데 거의 치즈 베이스의 디저트류가 전체 음식이구요. 음료의 경우에 커피와 라떼, 와인이나 콤부차까지 다양하게 있는 편이네요.
알파벳으로 표기되어 있지만, 영어가 아니라서 정확하게 어떤음식인지는 알기 힘들어서 저희도 폭풍 검색을 통해서 확인 후에 메뉴를 준비했어요!

정말 먹음직 스럽죠? 그렇지만 가격만을 생각하면 마냥 웃을 수만은 없는 메뉴인 것 같습니다.
모짤렐라 치즈도 흔히 우리가 보는 그런 피자 치즈와는 비주얼이 상당히 달라요.
마치 꽈배기 모양처럼 묶어놓은 모양이 정말 귀여운 모습인데여. 결이 있어서 쭉 찢어지는 그런 재미를 느낄수 있어요
